"An awesome store with great selection and impeccable merchandising but it was the customer service that made our visit so memorable. My husband and I came by looking to buy a baby carrier for hiking and Meghan was warm, friendly, and personable from the get go. Her product knowledge was on point and she was able to answer all our questions while assisting us with trying on all the options they had. It must also be said that everyone at the store was lovely and welcoming."

"Best outdoor shop i have been too. It's smaller than the big box stores but better, they have everything you could possibly need, including knowledgeable staff ready to help. The manager was a big help in helping me find the perfect sleeping pad and butane canisters for my backpacking journey out west. Talked with the owner for a bit too about local trails to hit in the badlands, who was very informative! If you are in South Dakota you have to shop here!"

"I was warmly greeted by the staff and even though it was near closing time they were happy to help. This level of customer service (care) is rare these days. This shop reminds me of outdoor stores back in the early 90s, before domination of REI in the West and EMS in the East. Sadly most small, independent businesses like this are rare. If I lived in the area I would support them fully!❤️"
